Sr.engineer/asst.manager Design And Development Engineer
Job Description
Mechanical design calculations and machine elements design Good knowledge on Geometrical dimension and tolerancing. Evaluate customer engine interface with Fuel injection pump & finalize packaging Preparation of customer interface documents (Offer Drawings, TCDs.) Creation of Bill Of Materials on SAP, test specifications, 2D drawings. Interaction with sample production departments for technical clarifications Implementation of quality tools (FMEA, 8D,..) for projects Documentation as per Project Management procedures & Techinical documentation Interaction with Manufacturing, Purchase cross functional teams Qualifications BE / B-Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Additional Information 1to 3 years experience in Mechanical component / Product design. Desirable: -Knowledge of Diesel engines. -Experience on Pro-E is added advantage -Fuel Injection system components in Common Rail/ Conventinal Diesel Fuel Injection system -Experience in working with design simulation packages -German language -Basics of Material Science, Strength of Materials, Hydraulics - Basics of Quality Systems - Good communication skills - Proficiency in basic MS Office programs (Excell, Word, Power point....)
