Aufgaben

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Construction of the components in Siemens NX and Living solids as per methodology & documenting it in PLM system for downstream processes.
2. Design and development of Corrosion Protection Concepts projects as per the product development milestones & cross-functional requirements.
3. Extended support for providing innovative solutions and concepts, Interactions with cross-functional teams.
4. Creation, documentation and archiving of all necessary joining elements according to methodology.
5. Taking care of Body in white constraints while deciding corrosion concepts.
6. Ensure effective communication with Business partners, Innovation & Knowledge sharing with in the team.
7. Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverables in the projects.
8. Adherence of Quality Management System and Weekly status tracking and reporting to partners.
9. Generating ideas for cost reduction and weight reduction.
10. Generating ideas from project for innovation and Process improvement

Qualifikationen

1. 1 - 6 Years of experience in corrosion protection of vehicles and sheet metal design in UG NX.
2. Knowledge on corrosion protection measures for BiW(Seam sealing ,Wax application ,PVC underbody protection)
3. Exposure in handling larger assemblies /Complete Vehicle level Knowledge preferably Van\xe2\x80\x99s.
4. Understanding of BiW Material, Joining methodology such as Welding, riveting, gluing and NVH parts
5. Previous experience in MBRDI, working on NX, (Daimler CAD methodology), Living Solids Tools and PLM systems.
6. Overall good communication skills
7. Experience in working with international environment will be added advantage.
