Mandatory Skill Requirements: ADAS Integration

• Working knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) components integration of Radar, Ultrasonic sensor and Camera.
• Ability to take design decision related to plastic/sheet metal components from Tooling / Manufacturing/ Prototyping/Durability/Safety perspective
• CAD tool expertise in NX or other CAD Tools
• Expertise in concept development
• Knowledge of tolerance stack-up & GDT study

- Knowledge of regulatory requirement - European & US

• German Language will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Packaging of RADAR , Ultrasonic and Camera sensor components
• Functional investigation of RADAR , Ultrasonic and Camera sensor performance
• Field of view(FOV) study for camera and other sensor

Optical simulations in SPEOS or other internal tools

• Propose & evaluate the design based on regulations & customer requirement
• Perform design reviews and release parts/assemblies
• Customer interaction to review engineering feasibility
• Seamless integration with the Team in India & Germany
• Interaction with component suppliers
• Driving the Engineering change management
• Assist Team Leader to achieve company goals and objectives

Qualifications
Education & Training:
B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Mechatronics)or any equivalent
