Production Engineering Consultant




We are seeking a skilled Production Engineering Consultant to ensure the seamless operation of our application systems, with a focus on incident management, transaction monitoring, and data reconciliation.




Key Responsibilities


Provide first-line application support and manage the full lifecycle of incidents using ticketing tools like ServiceNow.


Monitor UPI payment transactions and flows, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.


Troubleshoot issues by performing log analysis and executing SQL queries for root cause analysis.


Handle daily operational tasks including batch-job rescheduling, reconciliation, and file uploading.


Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.




Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience in a production or application support role within the fintech or payments industry.


Strong knowledge of UPI payment processes, SQL, and Linux.


Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).


Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.




Preferred Skills


Experience with App-dynamic, Plexus, and Excel Pivot Tables.


Knowledge of reconciliation cycles and escalation management.
