Job Description
Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Catch-up plan. Adhering Safety and Quality standards as per L&T Norms. Risk Identification and Mitigation Resource Optimization. Mobilization of required workforce for executing the job. Completing project milestone as per agreed schedule within budgeted schedule and cost. Day to day Hinderances are to be recorded and properly communicated to planning to get time extension and compensation. Coordination with other departments like QA, Safety, Stores, Accounts and Admin for smooth progressing of work. Monthly reconciliation has to be prepared, and consumption of materials to be as per norms. Timely getting certification of Client Measurment\'s and timely releasing of Sub contractors. Implementation of Digitalization in all areas of construction Identifying training requirement for the staff and workmen Development of Successor at Site
