Job Title: Sr.Category & Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai Bhandup

After care products and service experience delivered at your doorstep. We currently operate in Delhi- NCR,
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai with plans to expand in the top 25 cosmopolitan cities.
Backed by a robust technology platform, a strong supplier Network, and an efficient service model, we make the
end-to-end tyre, battery & alloy wheels buying and fitting at the doorstep for vehicle owners seem like a breeze!

Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth:
a. Drive top-line revenue for Tyres, Batteries, Alloy Wheels, and Accessories through effective sales
and marketing strategies.

2. Profitability:
a. Own pricing for all categories and align it with profitability goals by regularly evaluating and
adjusting pricing strategies based on market dynamics.
b. Ensure maximum profitability by strategically sourcing products at the best/most competitive market
rates.

3. Market Research and Consumer Insights:
a. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive
landscape.
b. Gather consumer insights and present meaningful insights to the management for category growth.
4. Marketing Strategies:
a. Develop and execute marketing strategies, both below-the-line (BTL) and digital, to build
awareness for the doorstep fitment concept & subsequently enhance the growth of relevant
categories

5. Supplier Network Development:
a. Develop and maintain a healthy supplier network with manufacturers/OEMs, aftermarket dealers,
and distributors.
b. Cultivate strong relationships with OEMs to ensure optimum sales and marketing support to drive
category growth
6. Inventory Management:
a. Design and implement inventory management norms to ensure ready stock availability.

Qualifications and Experience:
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience (2-4 yrs) in category management, business development, and strategic planning.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Education: Graduation/Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with the automotive industry in India. Knowledge about tyres, batteries, alloy wheels is a plus.
