Sr.architect
Job Description
Sr.Architect :
1) Creating conceptual designs
2) Preparing presentation for client\'s review
3) Attending meetings with client to present designs
4) Preparing floor plan layouts
5) Preparing views using SketchUp or similar software\xe2\x80\x99s
6) Preparing presentation drawings using various tools and software
7) Preparing good for construction drawings for work execution
8) Visiting work site at regular intervals to monitor work
9) Interact with site engineers and contractors to offer interpretation of drawings
10) Interacting with client at site for any changes or modifications.
11) Delegate work to junior designers and ensure timely delivery of drawings and designs. Team SEAIPL Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 45,000.00 per month Schedule:
