Reservation Department- Sr. Travel Consultant: ? Ensure that reservation & ticketing personnel are performing accurately. ? Manage reservation and handle customer needs for sales and service over phone. ? Inventory Management and maintain flight schedule (line Winter/Summer Schedule etc.) to notify the customers. ? Conduct market research to determine the requirements for the customers' needs. ? Maintain good relationship with the corporate clients ? Monitoring review and report on all reservations for better Customer Service. ? Information & notification provided to the customer in case of cancellation, delay and early schedule. ? Focus on 100% customer satisfaction. ? Follow Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships. ?
