Reservation Department- Sr. Travel Consultant: ? Ensure that reservation & ticketing personnel are performing accurately. ? Manage reservation and handle customer needs for sales and service over phone. ? Inventory Management and maintain flight schedule (line Winter/Summer Schedule etc.) to notify the customers. ? Conduct market research to determine the requirements for the customers' needs. ? Maintain good relationship with the corporate clients ? Monitoring review and report on all reservations for better Customer Service. ? Information & notification provided to the customer in case of cancellation, delay and early schedule. ? Focus on 100% customer satisfaction. ? Follow Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships. ? Being a considerate team player or assisting colleagues' customers when absent like they are your own. ? Effective organizational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle o quoting new customers o upselling products throughout the process o making the booking o managing ticketing o answering pre-travel questions on dealing with travel complaints o welcome home calls. ? Deliver excellent customer service on responding to customer enquiries promptly o providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itineraries o being aware of customer experience facilitating good Trustpilot feedback ? Create bespoke flight itineraries with the additional land arrangement according to customer requirements ? Meet monthly Target for booking conversion. ?
