Job Description
We are looking for travel consultants, who are passionate about managing travel requirements.We have multiple openings for both entry and experienced Travel agents/Consultants for our offices in Cochin to cater to our India / US / Canada / Middle East business.An Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in selling Travel to Domestic and International customers.Knowledge of GDS Amadeus will be an added advantage. Desired candidates should have basic knowledge of written and spoken English and be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shiftsSkills
- Proven work experience as a travel agent
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, and GDS systems (Amadeus Galileo and Sabre)
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- The personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
- Good Computer Skills.A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field is a plus
- Day Shift or Night shift
- Travel Agent/Consultant: Min. 2 years (Required)
