How will you make an impact The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for leading all aspects of service, support, and customer relationship management. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented, an advocate for Thermo Fisher Scientific for customer laboratories and work sites, and be eager to drive growth. A Day in the Life: Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, accurate, and timely manner, using different systems. Effectively present and discuss products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and outstanding understanding. Manage the process for brought up inquiries and complaints to resolution. Manage and influence customer happiness by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and integrity. Flexible with work timing and rotational shifts to cover EU operation. Prioritize all invoicing are completed within set timeframe Providing reports to the team, like billing, Proof of Delivery, KPI report. Track the shipment by following up with origin and destination team and update the status in company designed Transportation Management System (PAXtrax). To ensure systems are updated on time with perfuming KPI matrices. Working with airline for rate, booking, and routing. Keys to Success: Education Bachelor\'s degree is helpful. Experience 1+ years in the Transportation Industry. Experience in 3PL is desired Flexible to work in rotational shifts. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills reflecting a positive, professional, customer-centered organization. Proven success in handling difficult customers with integrity, dignity, and tact. Must demonstrate excellent proficiency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and share the workload as needed to provide quality customer support.
