Overview

Sr Technical Writer

Bengaluru | Karnataka | India - Hybrid working Model

We are seeking Technical Writers for developing excellent enterprise grade customer facing technical documentation for Apptio\xe2\x80\x99s suite of products. You will be working along with Product Management and the Engineering teams to understand the Technology Business Management (TBM) domain and Apptio\xe2\x80\x99s products and develop concise, clear documentation for our customers to follow.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Developing technical customer facing online and offline documentation in English language
• Work with Product Management, Development and Test teams to understand the TBM domain, products and functionality, and develop excellent walk-through guides and product and feature documents.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in developing technical enterprise software customer facing documentation in English language.
• Substantial hands-onMadcap Flare or XMetal or equivalent experience working with English-language content.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Copyediting skills a plus.
