About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will:

• Working as part of a large global team, you will be responsible for day-to-day support, providing expertise to our customers, and looking for opportunities to expand your technical knowledge.

• Be a Team Player \xe2\x80\x93 work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, respect diverse ideas, interact with customer, partner with cross functional and remote teams. Provide analysis and design reviews to other members and groups within the department to avoid duplication of efforts in solving the same application problem within different products.
• Be Curious & Innovative \xe2\x80\x93 continuously update yourself with next generation technology, development tools, and contribute to process development practices. Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating capabilities within the company\'s products.
• Be proactive: Proactively investigate, design, configure / integrate and test process control solutions to a variety of technical problems.
• Be Agile \xe2\x80\x93 with strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines.
• Be an Effective Communicator \xe2\x80\x93 articulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews/design review boards, and exhibit strong listening skills.

About You:

You\xe2\x80\x99re a fit for the role of Senior Technical Support Analyst if your background includes:

• 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of on-site Desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS
• Knowledge of mobile devices and MDM
• JAMF experience is preferred.
• Experience with administering accounts in Azure and InTune is preferred.
• Performs troubleshooting on documented and undocumented issues.
• May participate in incident management events as needed.
• Develops support solutions and processes to enhance the desktop production environment for corporate customers and produces well-written technical and business documentation.
• Fully contributes to, and mentors others in, the utilization of the hardware/software inventory process.
• Serves as a problem escalation point and technical contact for the group and point of contact for internal customer groups.
• May lead small teams on assigned projects.
