The Sr. Functional Support Analyst is a key member of the global HR Systems team whose primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday. We will be looking forward to you participating in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the Workday system while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, we are currently in a period of transformation within Talent Acquisition which provides a great opportunity to actively participate on the development and enhancement of the new Talent Acquisition system (SmartRecruiters) and its associated processes.
The Sr. Functional Support Analyst primary focus is the configuration and support of Workday, our Human Capital Management System, and SmartRecruiters, our Applicant Tracking System. The incumbent in this role will be responsible mainly for the delivery of enhancement requests and additional projects, whilst also assisting our Support Team in providing the required service relating to incident management.
You will be required to collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders, think creatively about solutions and balance business needs with system capabilities, while additionally thrive in an environment where you get to utilize your critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
