Qualifications
Overall industry experience of 10+ years with technical background and 5+ years of strong program management experience in product development with direct experience working with multiple teams
Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not given.
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly across all levels, focusing on critical few key points.
Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions with an ability to adapt and handle rapidly changing environment
Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience

Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams

Lead and drive program execution for multiple teams in partnership with Engineering, Product Management, Design, Operations, and other cross functional group to deliver successful business outcomes by fostering collaboration, managing dependencies and with shared accountability

Cadence to drive execution tracking, keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues
Anticipate risks and proactively manage them before they become blockers.
Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues that need action and drive appropriate decisions and actions.

Share out status updates based on the reporting cadence agreed with the stakeholders
