The Sr Tech Operations & Service Analyst will facilitate, manage and support cost effective Technology services by managing the service and change portfolio as well as on-boarding of new services into Production Operations.

Role Responsibilities:

The production operations group manage all technology services in production used by the business. The function of this role is to work as a Service Manager ensuring all organisation controls are delivered effectively by the CTI technical teams. Additionally, this role co-ordinates performance tracking of service providers, vendors and internal teams to meet our service level agreements. You will work within a global team across three time zones who\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities will focus on:

• Service Management
• Incident Management
• Problem and Recurrence Management
• Change Management
• Service Transition \xe2\x80\x93 Tracking and readiness risk assessment of projects

A successful candidate will perform their core service management role and have the ability to work on activities in the other ITIL functional area\xe2\x80\x99s listed above.

Key Capabilities:

• Understanding of Service Reporting and management of service providers and vendors
• Strong data driven analytical skills to drive improvements in services
• Strong verbal communication and negociation skills to drive improvements in services across the organisation

Essential:

• Previous experience working in an ITIL based service management function, preferably in a mid/large financial organisation
• Proven experience in managing managed service providers and external vendors
• Broad understanding of the ITIL framework (minimum ITIL Foundation certified)
• Exposure to incident management and its associated management functions
• Experience of forward change/project planning

Desirable:

• Knowledge and use of incident/problem/change management toolset e.g. ServiceNow
• Data Analysis skills.g. advanced Excel
• ITIL intermediate (Service Design and/or Service Operations)
• Knowledge of release management processes
