The Role: Sr. Operations Analysis Analyst.

The Team:
Entity Insight is a solution within the overall portfolio of S&P Global offerings that provides a mechanism for exchanging and sharing required documentation related to entities.

The Impact:
Entity Insight provides direct use of a searchable repository of documents packages ready for immediate use, with significant time savings.

Responsibilities:
Become highly skilled in understanding and maintaining Operational Processes, including assisting peers and leadership with creating SOPs, UAT testing and implementing a quality control review of operational BAU activities.
Relationship building with all key clients both internal & external.
Maintaining SLA?s and work Quality by delivering client adhoc as of mentioned timelines
Work with business partners to validate the integrity of data and documents maintained for all Regulatory and Compliance platforms.
Proficient knowledge of Public Source Due Diligence, KYC Onboarding/AML/Screening, Periodic Review/KYC Refresh, Remediation, Ongoing Monitoring, Due Diligence/CDD/EDD etc.
Individual should be able to challenge the KYC data by searching the online sources.

What We?re Looking For:
Candidate should have proficient knowledge of KYC Onboarding/AML/Screening, Periodic Review/KYC Refresh, Remediation, Ongoing Monitoring, Due Diligence/CDD/EDD etc.
Create Quality KYC/Screening profiles ensuring accuracy, completeness, and validity, incorporating multiple risk factors in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Must have handled various KYC/Screening tools such as Factiva, RDC, World Check, Lexis Nexis etc. Provide real time constructive verbal feedback to team members and facilitate timely completion of engagement reviews
Governance on the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerance have been breaches, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.
Mitigate or call out true hits for Sanctions/PEPs/Negative news concerns and escalate it concerned team.
The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment along with a big team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with onshore team and have an excellent client service ethos.
Data analysis skills with knowledge of MS Excel and understand SQL & Oracle databases querying are preferable.
A flexible and analytical approach to problem solving and ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Must be willing to work in flexible shift (APAC, UK and US).
Batchelor?s Degree along with 2 - 3+ years? experience in Due Diligence Process.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management a plus.
