S&P Global's Network and Regulatory Solutions brings together solutions that help customers comply with regulatory requirements while reducing the risk, cost, and complexity of running their businesses. We are comprised of corporate actions and regulatory compliance.

The Regulatory Compliance team offers a suite of products that provide solutions for our clients with tax validation, document exchange, and managed service to meet their regulatory obligations. Our risk and regulatory compliance management solutions create a single source of truth, with information about customers and vendors that is accurate and up to date. We provide extensive risk and compliance management coverage, allowing firms to reduce costs, reuse information and streamline processes with improved technology.

Counterparty Manager is an online platform for the sharing of KYC, AML, and counterparty documentation between buy-side and sell-side firms. MCPM is a growing product where there has been a rapid expansion in the number of clients supported and the number of documents sourced and supported, including ISDA and FATCA products.

Position Summary

The role of an Operations Analysis Analyst is to manage the backend operations of CPM (Counterparty Manager) clients. As a part of the team, the candidate will focus on client requests related to onboarding and access creation, and proactively participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, work on clients' projects, and explore opportunities to gain operational efficiencies.

The successful candidate will be required to gain process and product knowledge within 1-2 months, start processing live operations activities, and partner with the client service, and quality assurance teams to meet the day-to-day BAU requirements and get cross-skilled on multiple products.

Responsibilities
Operational support basis customer requirements on one or more products. This includes setting up accounts and users, running reports, researching entities, supporting customers on their regulatory and compliance needs, and mapping entities and vendors. Could involve the first level of troubleshooting as well.
Become highly skilled in understanding and maintaining Operational Processes, including assisting peers and leadership with creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) / user guide.
Ensure all customers' first-class class service is consistent with S&P?s expectations including but not limited to identifying and resolving client issues, following up with clients based on SLA (Service Level Agreement), assisting with ad hoc projects, and answering customer inquiries.
Cultivate, foster, and manage relationships with internal clients.
Provide front-line daily support for all clients including the capture of bugs and enhancements during backend operations and as per client?s feedback.
Work with internal team to validate the integrity of data and documents maintained for all Regulatory and Compliance platforms.
Become highly skilled in the suite of solutions such as Core, Regulations and Tax Utility.
Develop an understanding of different ISDA regulations ? DF1, DF2, CBR, EMIR, ASIC and expertise on the Regulatory and Compliance.
Flexibility to work across APAC (6 AM TO 3 PM), UK (2 PM TO 11 PM) and US (7 PM TO 4 PM) shifts on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
Experience in KYC /Client Onboarding / Client Outreach Space /Tax Business / Regulatory & Compliance / Investment bank data operations/ Client support is required
Data analysis skills with basic knowledge of MS Excel are required
Working knowledge of Salesforce and collaboration with Development /QA are preferred
Experience in multi-tasking and working in a big team
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
0-1 years? experience preferred

Commercial awareness
Have an excellent client service attitude and be able to communicate
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management a plus
