Accountabilities (1/2)

Drive financial closure of 15+ entities, ensuring compliance and driving process improvement and automation

• Managing End to End book of a Foreign Entity
• Ensuring timely books closure as per corporate timeliness along with submission of details
• Manging RPT compliance, regulatory compliance
• Partnership with Consolidation team for Global consolidation ask
• Working with various stakeholders to ensure closure of statutory audit as well as signed financials for the Board meeting and annual publishing, statutory filings based on annual due dates
• Ensuring quality review of financials along with variance analysis
• Ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal laws like VAT, Intra-stat, etc including transfer pricing
• Managing compliance

Accountablities (2/2)

End to end controlling and business partnering for a entity

• Driving books closure
• Managing P&L
• Working on portfolio with business and portfolio team
• Managing Budgets and target

Central Controlling COE

• Streamlining entity closure of the entities within Cluster
• Ensuring best practises are being followed across entities.
• Driving Entity review centrally and resolving pending issues
• Supporting Internal and External auditors and teams to close audit
• Conducting process review and implementing better controls across all entities
• Assisting team to implement SAP, usage of SAP
• Partnering with Shared service team to drive efficiency and process improvement along with reviews.

Education Qualification

CA / MBA (Finance)

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Analytical and data analysis skills, decision making skills and attention to details as well as proposing creative solutions
