The Opportunity:

The Senior Systems Engineer has extensive experience in Microsoft 365, Power Shell, Azure, Messaging, Proofpoint, ITIL and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all Microsoft 365 products and will be responsible for providing support, managing, and optimizing the organization\'s Microsoft 365 environment. The candidate must also have experience in ITIL best practices and ServiceNow user skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex Microsoft 365 solutions for the organization.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Apps.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide support for Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 hybrid environments.
• Write, maintain and execute PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of the environment.
• Develop and implement ITIL best practices for service management.
• Use ServiceNow to manage IT service management processes such as incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with PowerShell, Azure, Messaging, and Proofpoint.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow user skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft 365 certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, or equivalent are a plus.
