Position- Sr. System Engineer

Skills Required: Linux,MySQL,Elastic Kibana,Elastic Logstash,ElasticSearch,Kubernetes,MariaDB



Location- Kolkata- (Remote)- need local candidates only

Experience- 5+ Years

Relevant experience- 5 years is needed

Budget- 14 LPA-16 LPA

Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)

Interview process- 2 technical + 1 Manegrial (all virtual)

Mandatory certicication- CKAD Delta (Kubernetes) + LIUNX Certification

Skills needed- Kubernetes, ECK Stack, Cluster setup of Kibana, Prometheus and Grafana, Database Cluster (Maria DB and MYSQL), LINUX Adminstration, Openshift and any kind of Kubernates, comm skills.

Purpose:

Working in a challenging environment, supports the business in day-to-day operations, as well as facilitating business changes.

To develop, maintain, continuously improve, and support both internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and telecom systems.

To provide expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for our different teams and the fulfilment of our obligations and Service delivery Targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

- To maintain, monitor, and support the IT infrastructure environment and/or facilities.

- To support multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity as defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces - with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.

- To act as the technical liaison between operations teams, engineers and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability.

- To perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes.

- To forecast system utilization patterns and identify modifications or upgrades.

- To lead or provide technical direction to plan, design, and execute tasks according to the engineering requirements

- To ensure that the information security requirements are taken into consideration.

- To perform reviews periodically with users and vendors.
