You will be part of the IT Service Management team within Digital Office UE Programs & Platforms. We operate the Nokia Now Platform which is at the core of Nokia\'s IT service management processes and also hosts digital enterprise workflow applications. It serves the entire Nokia workforce and is based on the ServiceNow platform.


As Senior System Administrator - ServiceNow you will be responsible for the stability and usability of the Nokia Now Platform. As part of our team, you will:
  • Perform system level operation and maintenance tasks for Nokia Now Platform and applications
  • Manage support for incidents and requests related to Nokia Now Platform and applications
  • Contribute to software releases by developing user stories.



You have:
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
  • 5+ Years of hands on experience with ServiceNow and service management (ITIL in general) within client environments
  • Javascript programming experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • A technical mind
  • An organised mind
  • Attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform
  • Should be ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

It would be nice if you also had:
  • ServiceNow System Administration Advanced
  • Other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
