• Responsible for customer service level, write offs and inventories
• Manage the steps of purchase order placement in terms of standard steps within the information systems and relevant communication with Third Party Suppliers and Teva markets
• Manage the follow up of the purchase order in terms of delivery dates and the relevant communication with Third Party suppliers and Teva markets
• Inform and instruct Teva Logistic function for the arrangement of pickup of the goods from Third Party suppliers and delivery to Teva markets or distribution hubs
• Manage the communication with test and release labs and EU release hubs, when the product requires this step
• Communicate the PO status with Teva Markets and provide inputs to the Orderbook, and take necessary actions with respect to trackers
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand root causes of supply issues and define corrective actions plans and provides inputs during S&OP and other escalation forums
• Summarize key Third Party issues/decisions needed BRM & MBR forums
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders on any trade-off decisions required and that implications of supply
• Periodically review and refresh supply master data is complete and accurate: lead times, MOQs, Supply frequencies, required service levels, safety stock.
• Identify opportunities and strategies in inventory management, campaigning strategy, or demand management to improve SC performance in key areas such as responsiveness, cost, on-time delivery
• Manage the timely planning of AW changes in alignment with RA, the market, AW studio and Third Party.

Qualifications

• BE / MPharm/ MBA Operations or equivalent
• 4+ years Supply Chain experience;
• 2+ years working in an international business environment;
• 2+ years\' experience of working in SAP
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business operations.
