• Act as the i2/JDA Supply chain planner / Enterprise Supply Planner Solution Architect on designing and configuring solution approaches between different Supply Chain applications and ERP systems.
• 10+ years of experience in Design, implementation, and support of i2/JDA SCP
• Proven technical experience in i2 Supply chain planner and LPOPT solver
• Provide operational support, define, and develop enhancements in Supply chain planning solutions
• Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area.
• Define and incorporate non-functional and cross-functional requirements into proposed solutions.
• Support current implementation and resolve critical issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations.
• Interact with solution architects and Business System Analysts at various Global locations on business requirements
• Analyze and understand business problems/requirements to propose effective technical solutions
• Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical leaders
• Ensure the stability and scalability of JDA SCM solution and its cross functional integration.
• Conduct Unit testing, System testing and End User Testing
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems
• Prioritize and manage several open support requests at one time to meet Service Level Agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, Electronics Engineering or Similar

• 10 years + of Functional Experience in i2/JDA SCP /ESP
• Customer integration project experience preferred (integrations between different applications)
• Communication - follow test protocols, how to take that testing data and communicate and consolidate
• Business requirement gathering and architecting SCP solution to map the requirements
• Technical knowledge in LPOPT Solver
• Functional knowledge of supply chain systems and processes
