Job Description

This is a remote position. Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario, and Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to leads and setting up counselling with students via phone call or online meetings.
• Request documents from students for assessment.
• Forward the documents to the admission team to check students\xe2\x80\x99 eligibility and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian colleges or universities as per their requirement.
• Maintain communication with the admission executive to submit LOA applications to colleges or universities.
• Update with students using email and Phone.
• Follow up with students to make sure they are paying tuition fees and accepting an offer from colleges or universities.
• Make an entry to our company\'s software to organize the record of every student.
• Move the file to Immigration Case Manager for study permit extension once the student has paid the full tuition fees.
• Participate in webinars hosted by our partner colleges or universities.
• Provide training to student counsellors and lead them.
• Other responsibilities, as required.

Requirements

• You must have at least a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Basic IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
