Identify key opportunities to ensure that a strategically right and cost-effective supply chain model is leveraged. Ensure that the strategic model is devised by forecasting budget volume proper space planning and integrating the supply chain model with marketing and sales team to ensure growth and profitability. Provide key input on capabilities requirements and solutions to support the execution of business strategies Investigate and provide market intelligence to the business to keep up with market scenario and current and changing trends within the Supply Chain function and their impact on business Partner with the global Procurement organization in making strategic Procurement Manage supplier performance to include continuous improvement, innovations and reduction in total cost of ownership. Maintain and analyse supplier data for evaluating product quality, on-time deliveries & costs Drive and implement process improvements to ensure scalability and future growth.
