Investigation & Forensic Response (IFR)
Investigator (merged role)
India
The candidate should have fundamental forensic experience. The candidate must be able to perform forensically sound collections digital evidence, maintain chain of custody and have basic Windows analysis knowledge. An understanding of Incident Response in corporate environment is a plus. The individual will also be responsible for conducting incident investigations involving, but not limited to, data loss and theft, policy violations and suspicious activity within the bank's infrastructure.
The daily duties include.
Maintaining a caseload and meeting investigative SLAs
Providing comprehensive and succinct investigative summaries
Coordinate and collaborate with other investigative units both internally and externally
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
Skills & Experience
Forensic tools knowledge and ability (EnCase, FTK, Axiom, etc....)
Forensic examination process and procedures
Experience with investigations of Windows systems, (Linux systems is a plus)
Experience with network forensic collections a plus
Excellent Communication written & oral at all business levels
Strong analytical skills, Able to evaluate, present solutions and recommendations objectively
Knowledge & familiarity with data analysis including log review
Ability to conduct interviews via telephone
Skill with Excel & PowerPoint
Basic understanding of computer security risks & intruder techniques
Good understanding of Technology architectures and concepts
Documentation must be professional, well-structured, and presented and require the minimum management review and revision.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to self-manage.
