: We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - React.js, who will be working with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver new features and adopt the best practices of Test-Driven Development to guarantee robustness and stability of the code produced. Key Responsibilities . Deep understanding of OOPs, LinkedList, Data Structures, Inheritance, Encapsulation & Abstractions . Can write JavaScript code in React.JS framework based on the Technical Document and Requirements given . Be able to analyse System Requirements at the Epic level . Be able to create UML diagram to define the implementation for the Epic with multiple stories . Can implement the Epic on an existing software ensuring no regression is introduced . Can create feature rich component base UI pages. . Can create pages as per Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 . Can demonstrate use of OOPs Patterns . Be able to perform code reviews . Experience in Mock testing frameworks . Should be able to get Code coverage of 90% plus . Demonstrate info-security at the coding level . Demonstrate knowledge of Performance impact of their code . Agile Estimation techniques . Basic Task Management & Planning . Can demonstrate JavaScript best practices . Can optimize the pages speed and can achieve 90% score in GTMatrix or Google Page Speed . Be able to work on website that supports multi-languages Education and Experience . B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India . 4-7 years of experience as a Software Engineer . Has worked on Enterprise level project . Experience working in Agile Team and working understanding of Scrum & Kanban . Experience of working in Test Driven Development . Working experience of Angular (4.X and higher), React.Js, ES6 and Java Script Build Tools Analytical & Person Skills . Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills . Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work . Multi-tasking capabilities and team management . Technical Documentation . Self Criticising . Negotiation skills
