We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate Sr Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing design, configurations, and see every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to scale the business, evaluate current architecture, solve complex business problems for People & Culture and inspire the team to challenge the status quo.



Strong Understanding of HRIS Systems including SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors

Hands-on experience with Configurations and admin activities for the HRIS System

Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking system capabilities and business process

Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value, and a cost-effective and scalable solution.

Collaborates with functional teams (Business Engagement and Business Process Owners) to help ensure major product features, releases, and patches are tested, validated, and deployed to production

Enables best practices for SOX, GRC controls for various Enterprise and Business Applications for User provisioning, de-provisioning, Roles and access management; coordinates, periodic access review with internal audit and other stakeholders and enables necessary protocols for secure access control.

Qualifications

4+ years of tier 1 HRIS implementation and system support

Certified System Administrator

Exposure with SmartRecruiters or Jobvite or similar application is a must

2+ years of Workday/SAP SuccessFactors or any HCM ecosystem experience

Consulting experience

BA/BS Degree in IT, IS, or business-related field

Knowledge of Cloud ERP environment

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Demonstrates strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

A solid understanding and demonstrated experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX

Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer-facing
