This is a java full stack senior developer role, able to individually contribute to the design and development activities. The key purpose of the role is:

• This role will be responsible for working & supporting backend and UI design, development activities.
• The candidate will contribute to building and enhancing the skills of other resource as well.
• Has extensive experience of working as full stack developer (6-9 Years)
• Has practical experience of building and maintaining large scale, highly efficient applications
• Self-driven, is proactive and demonstrates initiative, and strong problem solving abilities.

What will you be doing?

• Designing, writing and reviewing great quality code using Java/J2EE, Angular and Spring Framework
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the technical needs in the context of the project
• Determining and implementing design patterns, methodologies and tool sets
• Participating in daily scrum stand-up meetings, explaining progress and issues encountered, escalates issues and problems demanding management attention and resolution
• Adopt the industry level and organization level best practices and process for designing and developing the solutions.
• Work collaboratively with several teams, contributing as a team player
• Work with business analysts, E2E design team, different components development and QA teams to understand functional requirements and understanding the E2E integration and data flows between different systems.

• Experience of overall software delivery life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and deployment.
• Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently
• Addressing Issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mind-set of continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor the junior development community, provide technical direction, guidance as required and actively collaborate to share knowledge and drive efficiencies

What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:

• Graduate with technical background
• 6-9 years of experience as a full stack java and angular developer
• Hands on experience in JEE frameworks e.g. Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Angular
• Good knowledge and experience working on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Cross Browser Compatibility, Accessibility standards etc.
• Relevant expertise in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD)
• Hands on experience on WebServices (SOAP, REST), Jenkins, Sonar, Gradle, JIRA tools
• Strong hands on experience of design patterns
• Knowledge of high quality professional software engineering practices for software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing and deployment.
• Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently
