This position will be part of our Technology & Delivery organization. The individual will be reporting to a Tech Lead or Tech PM in this position. This division takes care of our customer deliveries if the team is working on client projects. This division is also responsible for product development activities, working on R&D activities, developing frameworks, developing IPs, Creating new platforms, and building products that can go global.


The work location will be Baner, Pune. This will be work from office.


You will be Responsible for (read as KPIs),

• Developing Software meeting the client requirements, which gets signed-off
  
• Learn how to Design a solution and write clean code
  
• Maintain SDLC reporting tool (like JIRA) with up-to-date information
  
• Understand the project delivery dates, scope of work and meet the delivery tasks assigned
  
• Participate in project meetings
  
• Learn & use AWS and cloud native technologies
  
• Writing well indented code
  
• Adding Comments to the existing code and newly developed code, explaining what the logic is and why it has been implemented
  
• Understand Code Review comments and contributing to our Wiki-Knowledgebase to enrich coding practice guidelines
  
• Prepare technical documentation that will get signed off from the client and the stakeholder
  
• Thoroughly unit test the code, minimising the defects coming from next stage of the SDLC. Deliver documentation of Unit Tests.
  
• Develop automated unit tests, providing more than 50% coverage for the unit tests
  
• Write at least one biog a month
  
• Deliver at least one technology session a month
  
• Train College Grads and Interns on development activities
  
• Learn a new skill
  
• Participate in cultural and CSR activities of the company
  
• Participate in organization interview processes and help bring in talent
  
• Mentor and coach Junior and Freshers who will be assigned under you, to scale them up as Java Developers

Requirements

Working in a startup culture allows an individual to work across the development and become a full stack developer. For this position, the requirements are

• 
  4-5 Years of experience in IT Industry working on Core Java & MySQL
  
• Exposure and knowledge about Springboot and AWS will be preferred
  
• Working in Product Companies will be an added advantage
  
• Experience writing "Clean" and "Well Commented" code is must
  
• All 4-5 years must be in development working with Core Java
  
• Must have working experience with MySQL
• Understanding of Application Servers and how the application gets deployed in Dev, QA and Production environment
  
• Experience preparing technical presentations
  
• Experience with technical documentation
  
• Experience with Bug Fixes, Troubleshooting, Logging
  
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, or Chef
  
• Experience with RestFul webservices
  
• 1 Year Experience with Springboot
