Job Summary
The Senior Social Media Marketing Executive at Wok On Fire will be responsible for planning, executing, andoptimizing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support marketinggoals. The role includes managing digital agencies or consultancies, running ads and boosted posts,updating reels and stories, and overseeing vlogging or shoot coordination at restaurant locations to ensurehigh-quality content production aligned with brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.

Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook,LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve engagement.

Handle daily updates including reels, stories, and engaging posts on all active platforms.

Run and manage paid ads and post boosts for targeted visibility.

Oversee day-to-day page handling, including responses, tagging, and activity tracking.Content Creation & Curation:

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce creative, visuallyappealing content including reels, stories, carousels, and promotional posts.

Write engaging copy, captions, and hashtags tailored to different platforms.

Curate and utilize UGC (User-Generated Content) where relevant.Consultancy Handling:

Coordinate with external digital marketing or social media consultancy partners/agencies.

Ensure alignment on brand tone, visual aesthetics, and campaign timelines.

Track and evaluate deliverables from external partners for quality and impact.Vlogging & Shoot Coordination:

Plan and manage video shoots, food photography, and influencer/blogger visits at Wok On Fireoutlets.

Coordinate with restaurant teams for scheduling, logistics, permissions, and execution of shoots.

Oversee quality control of final content before publishing or sharing externally.1Campaign Execution & Influencer Collaboration:

Execute brand campaigns, offers, contests, and collaborations across platforms.

Identify and liaise with influencers and food bloggers for brand partnerships and shoutouts.Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

Track social media KPIs and analytics regularly.

Provide insights and reports to optimize future strategy and improve ROI.

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new social media tools.Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven expertise in managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short video content.

Strong understanding of social media trends, food marketing, and digital storytelling.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Confident in handling external vendors and partners.

Strong organizational and coordination skills for shoot and event planning.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality,or lifestyle sector.

Prior experience in handling agencies or consultancies and coordinating on-ground content shootsis a must



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
