of Senior Agile Coach # Role: Scrum Master Sr. Scrum Master # Experience: 10 to 14 years of software development with 1 year of Project Management experience # Relevant Experience: 4 years of Scrum Master with minimum 1 year of expe rience in SAFe Agile Framework # Job Location: Any Mindtree Location in India # Business Unit: Global Agile Center of Practice Roles and Responsibilities # Helps the team embrace SAFe core values, apply SAFe principles, and implement SAFe practices. # Helps formulate team rules and ensures team follows the rules # Facilitates events - Daily Standup, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Retrospective # Experience in preparation and participating in PI planning # Represents team in Scrum of Scrum s to engage and improve program effectiveness. # Eliminate impediments or guide the team to remove impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving objectives of the iteration. # Provides guidance to teams in constantly improving quality of their d eliverables and meeting Definition of Done(DoD). # Helps team manage internal conflicts and guides team to pursue opportunities for improvement. # Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retributi on, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. # Assist in overall program project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in plans and timelines. # Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team a nd coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. # Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events # PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt. # Guides team in establishing nor malized estimates and helps team understand how to breakdown Capabilities, Features and Epics into stories and low level tasks and also to estimate them. # Ensures transparency by maintaining a healthy backlog for the team. # Supports and educates Pr oduct Owner in his her effort to groom and manage a healthy product backlog. # Leading by example and providing all support to the team as a servant leader. # Reporting the team KPIs and Metrics for the Sprints releases project.
