The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. The role involves managing key accounts, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, strengthening brand visibility, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key customers.
Manage and grow key and strategic customer accounts.
Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and conversion ratios.
Marketing & Business Development
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies.
Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
Set KRAs, targets, and performance metrics for team members.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance appraisals.
Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, and CRM compliance.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS, and management reports.
Align sales and marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Support management in strategic decisions and business planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Qualification & Experience

Experience in B2B / manufacturing of Packaging industry preferred
