Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy tailored to the real estate market.
Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new channel partners including real estate brokers and agencies
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners. o Conduct regular meetings and site visits with partners to review performance, address issues, and discuss future opportunities.
Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to market and sell the company's real estate projects effectively.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (e. g., marketing, project management) to develop and execute channel sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends within the real estate industry.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to counter them
Manage channel partner contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations o Go getter, Organized, should be able to manage end to end Real Estate sales from Client Acquisition to retention, timely collection and generate referrals
Candidate Profile: Education Qualification:
Candidate with Graduation degree from any of the streams.
Work Experience:
8-12 years of Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry in managing a team of 6-7 executive under him.
Work experience with Real Estate Developer/ Real Estate Consultancy/Franchise or with Real Estate Portals, would be preferred.
Skills: -
Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and exceptional phone manners
Must have Team Management experience of 5-7 years out of total experience mentioned.
Must have experience in Direct Sales as well as Channel Sales
Must have experience in Commercial & Plotting+ Week End Villa Projects apart from Residential projects.
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management in the real estate sector
Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
Excellent fluency over spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati
Should have knowledge of preparing proposals for clients & good presentation skills
Other Abilities & Requirements: -
Candidates must have a fair idea of the geography of Ahmedabad city
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the real estate market o High aptitude for details and compliance to the system
Must be flexible in work profile & willingness to travel
