Ensure pricing, discounting, and upselling techniques align with brand and profit goals.
Team Management
Lead, train, and mentor a team of store managers, sales executives, and showroom staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
Foster a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
Store Operations
Monitor store-level operations to ensure consistent customer experience and adherence to company policies.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and refreshed periodically.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Handle high-profile client queries and escalate customer complaints effectively.
Train teams on customer interaction, product knowledge, and complaint resolution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and corporate buyers.
Inventory & Merchandising Coordination
Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Monitor fast and slow-moving products and provide inputs for merchandising decisions.
Reporting & Compliance
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the senior leadership team.
Ensure compliance with all retail, labor, and safety regulations.
