Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management for large and medium corporates, and their supply chain including, vendors, dealers, distributors etc.
  • To maintain book profitability with focus on quality sourcing
  • New channel and vendor addition, management, retention
  • Proposal presentation, coordination, execution of agreements
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely sanction, clarification
  • Conducting site visits and dealer meets with credit, risk, collections team
  • Overdue follow up, delinquency management
Requirements: Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduates or MBA from a Tier I / II institute or Any Postgraduate Experience and desired candidate profile
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience preferably in supply chain/trade finance vertical of NBFCs, FinTech etc.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proactiveness
  • Ability to take the team along
  • Cross-functional project implementation
  • Building long term relationship
  • Analyse and improve operational efficiencies, processes and policies
