Key Responsibilities 1) Sales outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly migrant students, through various channels, including email, phone, and social media. Provide information about our services, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Understand the unique needs of migrant students and tailor our services to address their academic challenges. Job Details 2) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with clients to identify their specific academic support requirements. 3) Service Coordination: Coordinate with the academic research team to ensure timely delivery of services and assignments to clients. Assist clients in placing orders and guide them through the process. Keep clients updated on the progress of their assignments and projects. 4) Sales Reporting Use the patented CRM system created by the company to manage and report the sales.
