Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures. o Awareness about prevailing prices in and around the proposed sites.
Will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focused project.
Liasing between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new projects.
Regular reporting on sales activities to Manager of Senior Management.
Establishinng, maintaining and expanding your customer base with good networking & engaging with prospective leads.
Go getter, Organized, should be able to manage end to end Real Estate sales from Client Acquisition to retention, timely collection and generate referrals
Candidate Profile: Education Qualification:
Candidate with Graduation degree from any of the streams.
Work Experience:
3-7 years of Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry in managing Retail Sales (Residential Plots and Villas).
Age: 30 to 35 years
Work experience with Real Estate Developer/ Real Estate Consultancy/Franchise or with Real Estate Portals a MUST.
Skills: -
Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and exceptional phone manners
Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
Excellent fluency over spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati
