corporate and leisure sales
across
Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad markets
, focusing on generating revenue through
direct clients, corporate groups, and repeat business
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE partners
.
Handle
corporate and group bookings
for The Serai & Barefoot Resorts.
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct regular
sales calls, client visits, and presentations
to promote resort offerings.
Coordinate with the
reservations and operations teams
to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
Represent the brand in
roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events
when required.
Maintain updated client databases, sales reports, and performance trackers.
Ensure
brand integrity and consistent communication
as per company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in
sales (preferably in resorts, hotels, or leisure segment)
.
Strong
networking and relationship-building
skills.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to
travel frequently
across assigned markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
