Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target prospective clients in sectors such as automotive, industrial, medical devices, IoT, and consumer electronics.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., procurement, engineering, operations).
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored EMS solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Process Management:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide inputs to product and service development based on customer needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical
Experience:
2-5 years of sales experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or related industry.
Knowledge of EMS industry, PCB assembly, SMT, box-build, or contract manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as needed.
