An Ideal Candidate: The role involves the responsibility of cultivating appealing avenues for growth within both new and established markets. This is achieved by discerning and evaluating current or emerging application requirements where ICS (Industrial Coatings Systems) solutions can find a strategic position. The primary objective is to generate additional revenue by effectively confirming the compatibility of these solutions within targeted applications and subsequently expanding their adoption throughout the industry. This strategy aims to maximize the overall market penetration of the solution by leveraging successful case studies.

Key Competencies:
1. Responsible for maintaining Nordson\'s leading position in existing segments and extending it further into new market segments.
2. Being the primary point of contact between Nordson India Pvt. Ltd. and our ICS customers in the assigned territory.
3. Developing new customers in the assigned territory.
4. Customer relationship management for these customers.
5. Meeting sales targets and maintaining a healthy receivables position.
6. Obtaining market research information and communicating this to Nordson India.
7. Participating in the formulation of marketing strategy in South Asia.
8. Develop relationship with systems integrators, material suppliers and ancillary equipment vendors.
9. Team up effectively with service members of his region to deliver timely technical services, drive customer satisfaction and improve revenue from technical aftermarket and service support.
