ETA update to Escalation cases & E2E follow up till closures- Daily. . Arranging Tested part - Daily . Solving Wrong part issues - Daily . ETA update for Monitor/Tablet cases - Daily . STO Creation for damages part if requested by WH team. . Alternate part Suggestion for BO\'s - Daily (PCs/Tablet/Monitor) . Alternate part Suggestion (Monitor -LK) for BO\'s - Weekly . Ticket Creation for BDLK Shipments Key skills & knowledge: . Expertise in Parts Planning and backlog management. . Effective communication and coordination skills. Educational Qualification: .
