Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Acquire and manage relationships with top-tier real estate developers and builders.
Develop a strong pipeline of construction finance deals.
Build long-term strategic relationships with clients by providing financial solutions and advisory.
Credit Assessment & Deal Structuring:
Evaluate client proposals and perform financial, legal, and technical due diligence.
Structure deals in alignment with risk policies and regulatory norms.
Work closely with internal credit, legal, and technical teams to process and sanction proposals.
Portfolio Management:
Monitor ongoing project progress and fund utilization.
Ensure timely disbursements, compliance with terms, and collection of dues.
Track market trends and proactively mitigate portfolio risks.
Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of other banking products (e.g., current accounts, CMS, treasury, etc.).
Maximize wallet share of the client through value-added services.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with legal, credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
