Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

Develop proactive recruiting plans, consult with leadership on talent gaps, and create data-driven sourcing approaches.

Sourcing & Attraction:

Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking) to find candidates, manage applicant tracking systems, and promote employer branding.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct detailed resume reviews, interviews (various formats), background checks, and assess candidate fit for culture and role.

Hiring Management Partnership:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide status updates, and guide them through the process.

Candidate Management:

Serve as the main contact, manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, and facilitate feedback.

Offer Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate compensation packages and secure acceptance from top candidates.

Process Improvement:

Enhance recruitment processes, maintain talent pipelines, and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
