Sr Recruiter
Job Description
Parsippany Technologies has immediate openings for Full Time Recruiters (Remote) to support our clients hiring needs nationwide. High call-volume position. No travel required. This position will begin immediately. The successful Remote Recruiter will have experience with high-call volume recruiting and must be a self-starter. Responsibilities: Source and recruit by using databases, social media, and our proprietary applicant tracking system. Screen candidate resumes and job applications and move candidates through full-cycle Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc. Assess applicants\xe2\x80\x99 relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes against job requirements. Education and Experience: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a remote recruiter General Requirements: Proven track record as a remote recruiter and source Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with minimal direction Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
