Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the Dev team to ensure consistent project execution. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement. \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee continuous improvement projects and implement best practices to reduce defects. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing. \xe2\x97\x8f Utilize various tools and technologies to achieve automation and perform non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.). Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA with a thorough understanding of Software Test Life Cycle . \xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, TestComplete, QTP, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting to verify data integrity and manipulate test data. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9689,873.30 - \xe2\x82\xb91,879,560.58 per year Schedule:
