title: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer
Work Location: Khed Shivapur

Reports to: Head Operations
Education: BE Mechanical/Automobile Years of Experience: 2-4 Years

? Full-time Role Purpose: Responsible for the Product Quality of Motors and Controllers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer responsibilities:
? Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
? Prepare Documents for ISO and compliance management
? Co ordination with Design team for NPD.
? Responsible for co-ordination with customer for product quality.
? Audit Vendors for quality and consistency and report to management in case of discrepancies observed.
? Test current products and identifying deficiencies
? In charge for the product reliability, and reporting if product is not manufactured as per standards.
? Should know the ISO standards related to the product and keep data to ensure compliance.
? Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
? Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
? Oversee continuous improvement projects
? Collect quality data and maintain in SAP.
? Identify key KPIs for product quality
? Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management as and when required.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external
customers
? Planning and organizing ability.
? Problem solving and solution-oriented approach is must.
? Team player and administrative capabilities is must.
? Excellent / Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
? Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary
customer service
? Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed
routines, and standard accepted practices
Physical Requirements:
? Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative
productivity standards.
? Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance as per policy.
