Job Title: Sr. Purchase Manager

Must have experience as Sr. Purchase Manager From Waste Recycling background industry

The Senior Purchase Manager will manage the procurement of materials and services needed for the waste recycling process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for raw materials and stores.

\xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers

\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.

\xe2\x97\x8f Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Inviting quotations for purchases and negotiating the best deal for the company

\xe2\x97\x8f Managing data and reports on ERP software related to purchase & provide training to the team.

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with the costing department for costing targets and negotiate with suppliers to meet the costing targets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the purchasing team and ensure that all support the goals of the waste recycling business/ pet bottle industry/ waste management industry.

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain purchasing metrics and KPIs

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the process for supplier selection, evaluation, and approval.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

Skills:

\xe2\x97\x8f Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with regard to procurement software.

\xe2\x97\x8f Negotiation skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Convincing skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Communication Skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Research Skills

Education Qualification:

BBA, MBA (Specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred)
