Designation: Sr Project Manager (Female Only) Experience: 12 to 14 years Package: 30 to 36LPA Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) EDUCATION PREFERRED: Degree in Engineering / Master in Computer Applications, PMP Certification, Agile Certifications (CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master) EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 12+ Years of overall work experience in Product Development/Engineering Services/Engineering Offshore Development Center (ODC)/Project Management with managing Agile teams. Project Management experience of 6 to 8 years. Essential Competencies: Exemplify and promote Agile values and principles Exposure working as part of SAFe Agile Release train Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques Closely work with global program managers, product managers, engineering teams and cross functional local & global teams Clearly communicate and collaborate with support functions, customers and sponsors as applicable, in managing expectations, commitments and interactions Work with global and local PMO to identify /customize and apply project management processes, methodology and milestones Make recommendations regarding project prioritizations, scaling up or down, resource allocations, travels, capital investments etc. Work with peers locally as well as remotely to share & exchange best practices, assets /resources Proficiently work with Microsoft Project Plan, Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiently work with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc. and related project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. Other Competencies: Understanding of the entire system development process Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary Go getter, result-driven, and works independently with minimal supervision Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
