: Job summary Sr. Program Manager - Business waste containment Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Sr. Program Manager for its loss/business waste containment team. The role is a part of the India Ops under the Reverse logistics program. What this role is about This role will work with the Ops (Fulfillment center, Middle Mile, Last mile), loss prevention team, category along with multiple tech teams to employ process improvements, technology to automate processes to reduce damages, concession losses. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful and customer-focused. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. In this position you will: Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal Cross functional coordination and alignment Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders. This role calls an individual to showcase judgment and decision making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon. Basic Qualifications : . Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Roles . 5+ years' relevant work experience handling large programs with multiple stakeholders, and significant tech development and roll-out across large distributed teams . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization. . Strong change management and influence skills ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in cross-functional Program / Project managerial role handling a multiple stakeholder teams. Full Time MBA from Tier-I B-Schools
